I (Sis. Ruth Daniel) was born at Manthithope village nearby Kovilpatti, the city of matches in Tuticorin district, Tamilnadu which is situated in the south India. My father was a Hindu orthodox priest. My mother gave birth to five children. Everyone died after birth. Then a male child was born and he was also struggling for survival.My mother became insane and mad; thinking that this boy would die very soon. So she was shut up in a room.In that room my mother had a vision. She saw a wounded bleeding hand from above. The blood fell on her. She got cured. She also heared a voice that from this child onwards no one would die. After that I was born.
I was trained in Hinduism from my childhood. I was not educated. On every new moon day my father used to fast before the idols in his room. To endhis fasting my grandmother and I used to go to a huge well to fetch water which was meant for priests only. I was about eight years old. When I stepped into the well, I slipped and fell down into the deep well. I did not know swimming.I was struggling and crying for help.A pair of nail pierced hand lifted me up.The blood fell on me from that wounded hand. The person who lifted me was too tall to look at. I could not even see his leg. My grandma screamed and shouted at the top of her voice. A school teacher was passing by that side. He heard the screaming voice and came to our rescue. He stepped into the well. And the wounded hand that saved me handed me over to the teacher. The teacher who saw this scene was saved by the blood of Jesus Christ.
Oneday when I was eleven years old, I went with a herd of sheep grazzing them on a mountain. There my leg slipped and I rolled down from the top of the mountain.I became uncoucisious. I was admitted in a hospital. The doctor gave me treatment. There was loss of blood. The blood vessels were damaged. The remaining blood too clotted at intervals inside the body; resulting in swelling all over the body. For six months treatment was given.But resulted in vain. The doctors gave up treatment. They could not save me. My days were numbered in this world.
My father closed himself inside his worshipping room before the idols. He prayed before the idols for my life, to have pity on me and save me. At that time he heard the voice of the evil spirits which he worshipped. They told that we are not God. we have no power to heal your daughter.There is one great person who is bigger than all in this world and He is the true God. His name is "JESUS CHRIST". Only JESUS CHRIST can give life back to your daughter. Nothing understood to my father. When I was nearing my last moment to death my father had a vision of JESUS CHRIST who was crucified on the cross and His blood from His wounds fell on me. In meantime it was a great miracle that I was fully healed by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
From that day I began to worship LORD JESUS CHRIST who gave me new life. The Lord anointed me by His Holy Spirit. According to verse Isaiah 61:1-3, God gave me gift to reveal the captives who are bound by evil spirit. I started God's ministry in village areas. When I was 13 years old I got married. From that day with my husband we did God's service in several places. At last we started our ministries in a rental house in Illupaiyurani village near Kovilpatti. We conducted special fasting prayer for the sick people at every Tuesdays. Many people get participated at that prayers and got miraculous healings, and got relief from the bounds of evil spirit. My father, the Hindu priest got delivered in the name of Jesus Christ and found rest within Jesus in the year 1995. But God gave me a father Rev.D.Navaraj Eliezer and his son Rev. N.Joseph Devaraj as my brother in this world to enrich the ministry.
On 28.09.1996 Saturday night, while we are praying, God gave the name "VIDUTHALAIYIN STHALAM" (Place of deliverance) at 11:30p.m. From that day our ministry is done by the name "Place of Deliverance". One land having 9 cents was given by God for this ministry on 22.01.1999. We put a shed in the land and held ministry in it. We dig pit for foundation on 20.03.2000. Sunday service was started on 17.09.2000. Foundation laid on May 2001.On 14.05.2008 Church was built and dedicated. By the grace of God people from several places of villages, Towns, Cities, States and Countries comes to the Place of Deliverance, get relief since our Lord is doing miracles in the name of Jesus Christ.
